Your profile

• Bachelor/Master thinking and working level;
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
• Experience developing .NET and C# web applications/services;
• Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, AJAX, HTML and CSS;
• Experience with SQL Server and SharePoint is a plus;
• Knowledge of the insurance sector is a plus;
• You are innovative and result-oriented.

We would therefore like to expand our team with a Business Consultant, with an affinity for IT, who helps and provides advice in realizing the best solutions.

As a Business Consultant at Novusoft, you will work closely in a team with your colleagues and the customer. You will help to understand and concretize customer wishes. You will primarily be involved in implementing these solutions and providing follow-up support to ensure our customers remain successful.

As a business consultant, you will play an important role in the communication between the customer and your colleagues (mainly developers). You will contribute to realizing the best solutions, monitoring the planning, and setting the right priorities.

In order to properly fulfill your role and understand the needs in the market, you will start by familiarizing yourself with the Novusoft platform and the (technical) possibilities surrounding no-code / low-code solutions.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Properly querying, analyzing and translating customer requirements in order to arrive at the best solutions.
• Ensure planning and prioritization of work.
• Actually configure solutions in the Novusoft platform.
• Providing training and support to customers in working with the Novusoft platform
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners to ensure long-term success.
